Dreadful Customer Service

I recently wrote to Simply Games to query a delivery charge. Despite being informed by their affiliate websites that this delivery was FREE, it was in fact not.
Not only did Simply Games not offer me free delivery for their error (an error which I highlighted to them with several examples) but the PS3 console I also wanted mysteriously increased in price by £20 and then went out of stock. Surely the original price of the console and free delivery for their own error should have been honoured for a first time customer? Well it wasn't and my follow-up email asking them for this was completely ignored.
With HMV going out of business I certainly will not be flocking towards Simply Games any time soon.
