Global Bike
Trustworthy quality service
This was the first time I have used Global Bikes servicing department and I was very impressed. I was having problems with my gears and was told that it could potentially be the cassette. the next day after proper inspection it turned out to be a much cheaper cable replacement. I was extremely impressed, I have little trust in tradespeople in general and half expected the cassette to be changed regardless as my expectation had been set. Not only was the repair very well priced but it fixed the problem perfectly. I would definitely recommend Global Bike to anyone and will definitely be using them myself again. I sound like I have shares in them... I don't btw!
Bigdug
Value, quality, service, what more can you ask for?
This was the first time I have used Bigdug and it will definitely not be the last. I was kitting out my garage so I could get get it all organised and use it as a workshop. The digdug shelving went up in a matter of minutes and feels very sturdy. I love the assembly design, so simple! When I spoke to them on the phone they were friendly knowledgable and very helpful. This was one of the better experiences I have had with online purchases in recent times. Well done Bigdug!
