Is [External reference removed] being deliberately misleading?

Since signing up with Quidco I have found the entire experience to be excellent. The only time I had a problem with cash back it was quickly resolved after I raised it. However it seems to me that the [External reference removed] entry is a misleading. All the offers appear to be on [External reference removed] anyway without going through Quidco and worse than that it says "free delivery" but when you go onto the site there is no provision for free delivery unless a)it is available anyway to non-Quidco customers or b) you sign up to a service which charges you for the priviledge of free delivery. I think [External reference removed] are drawing customers in through Quidco but are offering nothing - happy to be proved wrong.
