Ordered items for Christmas presents on December 8th 2012, only 1 item has ever been delivered, I got in touch with the company via email and they have been terrible, they told me I had to fill out a non receipt of items form which firstly I had a job to open the download on my computer, I managed to sort it and emailed it straight back. I gave it a couple of days and hadn't heard anything off them, I emailed again and they said they never received it, I then emailed it agin, sent it first post too, they told me they never received these either, I ended up faxing it and sending it first post recorded next day delivery which cost me £5.90, they finally issued a refund on 29.01.13, which I still haven't received, they have now asked for me to send my bank statement for me to prove I haven't had it. I've just emailed back to say it was paid through PayPal.... So I am still waiting, and it's now 6th February!!
