Great Service

My second purchase from Mattressman, the bed frame and mattress came into stock within the 3 week advised, I liked the option to have both delivered together rather than just when each component became available.

Courier service not great - only delivered to front door plus it had clearly been left in a wet van as the box was sodden. Thankfully no damage inside though

Great quality bed frame (Aladdin) - sadly missing the fixings which is more likely to be a manufacturer issue than Mattressman's fault. I called and some were sent out, I had them the next day.

Overall very happy
