Had been contemplating buying a particular pair of trail shoes for a while. The reviews and videos at Castleberg were very helpful in convincing me I was getting the right shoe. Never got the chance to call and discuss but would certainly do so in future.
Shoes arrived within a couple of days once I'd ordered and would have no reservations about recommending the store or the shoe to anyone. Great service and great running.
