Delivery was attempted via TNT, no card left and only knew about it as I happened to check the status. Re-arranged delivery was not put on truck, and was promised to be dispatched on a 'special delivery' afternoon, but ultimately never showed. I was then going on holiday and re-organised delivery for a week later. Upon returning from holiday and checking status I discovered the package had been sent back to Bathempire instead. Finally got it back out via another courier and specifically asked for particular day as I was again travelling. Got woken up whilst away by the courier trying to deliver on the wrong day. Finally arrived on the originally requested day after a lot of double checking and chasing. Deliveryman refused to help carry in to my flat, luckily I had a workman present to help otherwise it would still be sitting outside. Very, very stressful and frustrating process. Multiple days missed off work with things not turning up.
