Incorrect photo caused disappointing result

I was desperate for a tartan scarf and thought I'd hit gold on your site. Although the scarf received was nice, (red) it was almost a dark red rather than the bright red in the photo. I spoke to customer services who admitted the photo was the wrong one on the website and that in reality it was a lot darker, they said this should be changed. This didnt affect me enough to return the item, but realistically I'm not going to wear it for anything other than a fashion accessory. It's also incredibly short. You can only wrap it round your next once. Definitely wouldn't purchase for warmth, but yes for fashion. Be aware that the photos are incredibly brighter than the real product.

It should be noted that some images can look different due to screen resolutions so what may be too dark on one screen may look too bright on another.

We do update our images as required to make the images as accurate as possible.
