I tried to use the globalwebpay service for the 2nd time after 8 months. I couldn't get into my account, so I emailed support for HELP. I am not very IT savvy.
They were quick to respond with my query which I then sorted, only to realize I needed to upgrade my account. They advised me what to do and turned it round within hours.
Great to know they appreciate customer satisfaction.
I would highly recommend them to anyone and in fact spread the word whenever I can- who wants to pay inflated bank charges? NOT me.
