well, i have very bad experience with swapping my phone from O2 which end with me very frustrated without a phone for more that a week and finally i canceled my contract with O2 because of you
made the order on the 3o Jan for next day delivery on the 31Jan, got the SMS confirming the delivery between 6-7 pm. and no body turn up
called O2 again and re-scheduled on Mon the 4th to my work address because I have to work and again no one turn up.
called O2 asking where is my phone and set for tue the 5th and nothing came and when i called they say he couldn't find the address which is very strange because it is a company address and we get lots of deliverymen everyday. and the post collected everyday at 4 pm by royal mail
i set it for Wed the 6 and asked to be called by the driver just in case he doesn't see the 5 stories building and nothing came.
this happened again in Thr the 7th with no phone and very frustrated.
and when i asked to go and pick it up from the depot after giving up with the delivery man they said that they send it back to O2 and now i have to wait 3/4 more days for another attempt.
why the driver failed to call before/ after attempt? why he can not try again? why asking people to wait for parcels till 7 pm if they send the parcels back to the depot at 4 pm (like 6/2/2013)
this is very poor service and very poor customer service. for myself i will never use your service again and will never recommend it to a friend/family/business.
been waiting for the delivery 5 times all day scared to go for lunch just in case he turns up i even got my laptop and sat in the reception waiting for him.
something should be smooth and painless end up very stressing/depressing and couldn't wait anymore longer under that pressure of missing the delivery man and had to wait for another day.
