Fantastic Customer Service!

We ordered 3 Gro Bags (significantly cheaper than high street stores), a buggy bag clip and a replacement Bugaboo Cameleon Carry Cot Bar. They were kind enough to call within a couple of hours of the order being processed to let us know that if we contacted Bugaboo direct they might be able to replace the bar due to an issue with the earlier models. They refunded the money we paid for the bar straight away. They could have just supplied us with the bar and taken our money but took the time to call and tell us of the alternative. Great customer service.
