All my questions were answered, the order was fulfilled and from the point of placing the order I knew who I was dealing with, when it was dispatched, where it was at any given time and with text and email delivery confirmation the whole experience was excellent. The product is also superb. Never used LED lightening before so didn't really know what to expect but the description was spot on and the result actually better than I had imagined. Actually very difficult to find fault with anything about this order. First class!
