Good website and easy ordering. Prices seem competitive.

Finding the items I wanted was straight forward and ordering easy. Delivery was fairly quick and e-mail notification advised the actual day of delivery. Would be better if it gave a time slot or a.m. / p.m.
A bleed valve specified on the contents list of the radiator I bought was missing but a phone call was answered promptly by a cheerful lady who advised one would be sent first class post.
