First purchase from WAE+. Ordered an item shown as 'in stock' and was sure I selected 'express delivery' (at £5.99 I think) however order was placed as 'free delivery' at over 2 weeks! This has put me off purchasing from them again.
UPDATE: Questioned if item in stock; question unanswered was informed delivery '3-5 days'. Cancelled order. Refund not received. Emails met with vague, standard responses. As far as I am concerned lying in this way is FRAUD. Will be reporting WAE+ to trading standards.
PS. Ordered from alternative supplier (Br**db*ndB*y*r) instead - excellent service (and a 5 star review).
