Been a customer for 6 years & never had a problem

Been buying records, CDs & clothing from chemical coming up six years now. Orders always turn up within a week which is great considering I live on the other side of the world. I had a record turn up broken once & they happily replaced it. What more can I say than they're a great company to deal with.
