I fully recommend the service provided by Travel Nation. I've now used them 3 times to book round the world/ multi stop trips and they have always been very knowledgeable and helpful each time. I have been to STA and found that they try to push their routes onto you not really understanding that everyone is different and have different needs and don't all want to travel to their planned routes. I have found that each time that I have had an itinerary in mind and a set route that I would prefer that Travel Nation have been very flexible and understanding and able to match my travel plans. The only problem I had last year is that my E- ticket number was NOT compatible with American Airlines self check in machines and I could not use them. So would end up queuing at the check in desk, after having queued up to begin with at the self check in machines, and spending more time each time I flew this happened 10 times so got more than a little annoying. This was only because the airline staff at American Airlines would MAKE me use the self check first, and would no believe men in until an 'error go to check in desk' would come up on the screen. I'm not sure if this is something that Travel Nation could address?. Well done all round, my rep this year was Alarna and she was fantastic and happily made any date /route changes to my itinerary without any fuss!.
