So desperate to avoid paying out on claims that they have lost the plot and my business
Had a claim recently following an aggravated robbery at our home. They desperately tried to prove that we were running a business (we were not) - they tried every weasel maneuver you can imagine, even employing a firm of "Investigators" - and all over a laptop that was stolen - the cost of the investigation must have been huge but once they started committing large resources to avoiding payment rather than providing the service we had paid for, it became like something out of a Kafka story! Rude, hectoring and totally uncaring people. Utterly disgraceful operation who do not deserve to have a license or be associated with the wonderful Friendly Society movement.

No order acknowledgement or details of dispatch so too much aggravation for me to use this operation again.
