Supply of Impressions Pan created a good impression!
I purchased a TD60 WC unit with Impressions Pan, which was delivered quickly and with good communications from Better Bathrooms throughout the sale/delivery period. The TD60 unit arrived damaged unfortunately, but a replacement was quickly arranged, and this time it arrived without suffering any damage. Although the TD60 looks good, it is a rather flimsy construction and needs to be installed with great care. Although I expected to have to drill a hole for the push button I was surprised to find that there were no fixings to support the ceramic top so I will need to attach something inside the top of the unit to keep the ceramic part in position. The Impressions Pan was as expected from the pictures on the website.
