Sent off my daughters ipod for replacement screen repair. Even though it does state that its a 24 hr repair it wasnt in my case. After 4 days i had to phone to ask what was happening as it constantly said "awaiting repair" on my account status. Was advised that repair had been completed but they seemed to have found a charging fault with device, even though there wasnt one went sent.. Device is only 3 wks old! Wasnt advised of this and wish they would of communicated better with me, told them to send device back after having it for 6 days. Good value for money after getting a few quotes, but conmunication with customer is poor.
