Faulty product sent. Replaced by another identical faulty product.

I purchased a Nixon watch 1 week before I was due to go snowboarding. I have to say it arrived promptly which was pleasing but the battery was dead. Having spoken to them they said to return it and they would try to get a new one sent out before I left. Sadly it wasn't processed until the following week when I was away. When I returned from (a fantastic, wish I was still there) holiday, I was disappointed to find they had sent a replacement which also wasn't working. Plus they had failed to refund my postage. I called again. This time we agreed that I couldget a quote for a battery change and they would reimburse my postage and the replacement battery cost which they did on the same day. In all, disappointed I didn't get a working product to take away with me, disappointed I had to call several times to get it sorted, a bit of a hassle getting the battery changed myself but the price was great and they were finally helpful so I think I would use again - if the price was right.
