If you have the misfortune to be bullied into a contract with these mugs proposing to be your service provider and have been sent the phone, but you realise it is a massive mistake, then there is a solution that I did.
I like many others agreed to a contract but I felt uneasy throughout the conversation and then instantly changed my mind after I hung up. I tried to ring the number they provided but never got through to them. Premium rates too.
To my surprise the phone turned up (No sim card included...) If you do get a phone, DO NOT activate the sim card or use the phone at all. Take photos of the proof of purchase, photo copy the proof of purchase and take photos of the actual contents of the phone.
Then write a letter to E2Save explaining you do not want the phone. This is what mine looked like:
To whom it may concern,
I am returning the product SONY EXPERIATIPO BL to you (Invoice number: and Transaction number: ), as I did not want this product and was told I could cancel my contract within seven days of the item being delivered. The item was delivered today on the 22, Janurary, 2013. I felt like I was bullied into the purchase and I am completely within rights to return this item to you. I have tried to ring customer service but it has been near impossible to get hold of you.
I am returning the item in the exact condition as I received it. This includes Phone, Battery, Screen Protector, Manuel, Charger and Proof of purchase. (Please note, NO sim card was actually delivered because I was upgrading my handset)
I have photographed the proof of purchase and photocopied it for my own records. I have sent the item as special delivery to the address:
Direct Returns, CPW Logistics Centre, Bilston Road, Wednesbury, W Midlands, WS10 7JN.
Thank you for your cooperation. I will not be using your services in the future.
I have scrubbed out the invoice number and transaction number, but please do remember to include that in the letter. You want to cover yourself in all areas. Also put your address and name at the top, I also left that out.
Put the letter and all the items into a parcel and send it to them via Royal Mail special delivery. (This means they HAVE to sign for it AND you get a written receipt) I also took photos of me sending it in the delivery, always best to be covered at all angles. MAKE SURE YOU SEND IT RIGHT AWAY. Don't delay because the returns policy is over in 7 days, they will try their hardest to delay you returning the item, this is to trick you into the contract. Send it to them right away.
Send the items to this address:
Direct Returns, CPW Logistics Centre, Bilston Road, Wednesbury, W Midlands, WS10 7JN.
Please ensure you include all of the following items: handset, battery, charger, manual, unused SIM card, and any included accessories.
Please enclose all original packaging AND proof of purchase. (That is why we photocopy it and take pictures, they take back the only evidence you have)
I also went into my bank and made sure no direct debits were set up and that I cancelled my old one with my old service provider. It has been two weeks since I sent them their phone back and have heard nothing. Either it has worked, or they are keeping me in the dark on purpose to charge me money. Either way I have covered myself at all angles and would have a strong case with a solicitor if they pursued the matter further. Hope this helps. It is a nightmare I know, but better this than forking out so much money and effort dealing with them over the phone.
The website where I got the information on where to send the items and what to send back to them is found here. Please do read it carefully.

Hope this helps!
The company should be abolished.
