The food I ordered arrived 2 days after I ordered which was quicker than I expected it to be. The meals are also tastier than I thought they would be. I've been doing it for 1 week now and I've lost 4 lbs. I haven't felt hungry at all but I am slightly fed up of salad accompanying every evening meal I eat! The portions are probably slightly smaller than you would normally serve yourself but you can fill up on salad, fruit or veg. The food does not taste 'diety' at all, some of it has a nice creamy taste. The sweet potato and coconut soup is particularly delicious, as is the vanilla porridge with milk if you add cut banana and blackberries. I like Diet Chef as I'm not very good at cutting down, I need a 'regime' to follow rigidly so it's working really well for me because that's exactly what it is. I would recommend Diet Chef if you are pushed for time as it's all done for you, or if you prefer to diet using a 'regime'.
