2 times I have used this company to receive goods from a retailer. Two times they do not deliver goods. Tracking information says either that there was nobody to collect item, this time it tells Item refused. But I am the only occupant and I'm always at home and I have good hearing.
Last time I went to collect the item in the depot. This time I'll just wait.
Next day delivery lasting for many days!! AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.
I've been all day at home but yodel tracking says "No One To Receive Card Left".
That is not physically possible, because I have a separate entrance and a mailbox in the door, and it is not possible to not be able to drop that card. Not to mention again, that I was at home and ringing the door bell(that is working) would make delivery possible.
Liars, cowboys. Avoid.
