Simply Annoyed

i ordered a htc one v 3 weeks ago. i have spoken to the customer service team about 4 times and emailed them frequently when my order would be dispatched. every time they told me to wait. finally i had enough and cancelled the order. and i'm STILL waiting for my £145.99 to be returned.

I wish i read this review forum before i ordered from them. but i was fooled by the cheap prices. i know their are some mixed reviews about this company. but i had a horrible experience. i will certainty not be buying anything from here ever again.

I havent heard from them, but i NEED my money back.
