Place order. Website said I could upgrade delivery if I called, but this was refused.
They took my money on order but could not deliver for several weeks, and after promising a delivery date still failed to meet it. I cancelled the order on their website which said I could do as the goods had not been shipped, but they insisted I wait for delivery and then refuse the goods - I did. They have taken 30 days to process my refund after the good were confirmed as returned and their rep. rudely told me they were legally entitled to. Order placed 25 April refund will be received around 23rd June.
If I could rate them as no stars I would.
Their complaints controller said 'We really do value our customers and your custom and look forward to continuing our relationship in the near future' - NO CHANCE
