Appalling company ...do not offer prices quotes and charge excessive cancellation fees

I would not recommend that any one use XLN they do not offer any customer service. Took for 6 weeks to get connected to broadband with them....yes I should have know better at that stage. Prices were to be lower that BT (£45.00 per month with BT) over £85.00 per month when we asked to cancel they wish to charge £329.00 cancellation fee and now they again say they offer better prices than BT. DO NOT USE THEM...they write their own reviews
