The engineers from Chess Telecom spent three full days on our install. Day one was on the background work, setting up the system "on paper". Day two was getting the hardware all ready and in the right place. Day three was the big change over. It couldn't have been much smoother. The week following was all about our end users getting to grips with the new phones, and with Chess availabe to help, it seems to have worked well.
A big thank you to the two Chess engineers for making it all possible and for whom nothing was too much trouble.
