Wife ordered a new phone stating she wanted a S3 Mini (8190N) WITH NFC and with and NFC compatible sim card which e2save confirm was fine everything would be NFC compatible and have that functionality.
She however got sent the standard S3 Mini (8190) without NFC capability also to check such a function you need to check the sim card in the phone which of course "confirms" contract. Now after numerous calls to their rip off 10p/m phone line they confirmed they will listen to the call, suprise suprise they state she said nothing of the sort and if we want a copy we have to send a request to a PO BOX number and a £10!!! cheque.
Small claims court, trading standards here I come.
