An absolute disgrace - one star only because i could not highlight zero.

You have not done anything which you say you will do.

Product is not delivered in 3 days as stated.
Did not receive a despatch or delivery notification despite being told later that product was sent and Royal Mail lost it.
Received a 24 hour response email -7 days later after I had sent a following one and spoken on the phone.
Was told over phone, stock would be reordered and product sent - again did not happen.
Was told that product would then be shipped priority next day only to be told 15 minutes later by another person that product was actually out of stock.
Asked about refund procedure and sent email with required information. Told that refund would happen in 7 days. More than 2 weeks later I still wait.

Have now passed full information including relevant emails & phone conversations to credit card company. A shambles.
