I ordered from this company, expecting to be treated as a valued customer; when the goods arrived they were in 3 huge boxes - totally over-packaged. When I looked at my paperwork, I realised that this was not a one-off order and that I would be receiving this amount for the next 4 months - I immediately contacted Diet Chef and said I did not have room for this amount and that I wanted to cancel any further orders; I was told in no uncertain terms that if I cancelled, I would have over £100 deducted from my account; I had to contact my bank to prevent this from happening.
The goods are of fair quality, but very over-packaged, and I would urge everyone to read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Also, Diet Chef ought to train their Customer Service operatives how to deal with customers!!
