Couldn't Careless Customer Care

If there was a minus Star this bunch would have got minus 5.

Excellent communication Zero on helping the customer.

Instead of trusting their customers they much prefer to throw rules and regulations
at the customer in need.

Not for me or any of my colleagues.

Sorry to hear your order is still not with you. We do get a few lost in the post claims, and a few parcels do find their way back to us. My Colleague who has been emailing had explained we have to wait 14 days for Royal mail to consider the parcel lost. At this point we can raise a valid claim with them and refund or replace the item. Obviously if you had to purchase another, then we would refund you for this. We try to make our postage terms as clear as possible for customers to see before they purchase. These are the same terms and most other online stores.
