Just reported a potential line fault relating to a broadband line, but one of those problems which could have any one of a number of causes. The Relationship Manager i spoke to, Aisling, understood that i needed to eliminate at least one of these causes and went out of her way to do extra testing.
I really felt that there was no "script" involved and she was trying all she could to help,
The answer i ended up with was the one i wanted, can't say fairer than that!
