Not Impressed

bought 2 switches one works on doesn''t was refered immediately to 'the manufacturer' who identified i had the wrong switches.Forwarded the manufacturers comments and added the information did not state 'not suitable' for the bulb type etc i needed.
The response was writing things the switches are not suitable for is fruitless!!
End of assistance....................
