BCS provides a good service based on a well tried formula which operates really smoothly. Occasionally customers can't fit in with the alternative of having out-of-stock goods either substituted or refunded, and BCS staff are really flexible over this. For example, in this order we had items which were out of stock from our previous consignment so, to avoid history repeating itself, we asked BCS to hold our order back until the items in question were back on the shelves - which we're pleased to say they did without any fuss. BCS are also spot on with refunds for breakages, even when it's as simple as something with a cracked lid, where we reassured them that the contents were fine and very easy to transfer into another container, but the staff insisted on refunding anyway. Treatment as outlined above from genuinely enthusiastic staff makes for great customer satisfaction and solid loyalty.
