Bag had part number actually ordered on it, but contents - a bulb - were smaller both physically and in wattage. When I phoned customer service, I was told the number on bag was what I had ordered (true) and that contents did indeed match my order (not true, as bulb around half size of dimensions given on GSF's own website). Offered to send a replacement with the warning that it would be the same, or a refund. Understandably GSF were not keen to spend time discussing something worth pennies, so I opted for the refund, which arrived promptly.
