Eco packaging sometimes leaves the contents vulnerable.

I had to wait a few days for the order to be processed. When it did arrive I was away and my builder had to sign for it. He was worried because the packaging was really bad and the camera was rattling around in a large box. When I was told of their concerns I texted to say that I had not had a chance to examine the camera because I was away from home but was concerned about packaging. Actually it all seems to be functioning ok but would have been preferable to be better protected in transit.
