Cheque finally arrived 19th Feb. even though it was dated 6th Feb. I won't be ordering anything from this company in future, although I have to say the staff were all very friendly and helpful, but I wasn't happy about the amount of time I had to spend chasing my refund.
I was told that a cheque was posted 6th February, But I still have not received it.
I ordered a leather bag in black (November 2012) was told none in black available until January so I said I'd wait. The bag arrived on 20th December, but it was cream, not black, so I phoned and was told where to return it to. I returned it 8th January at a cost of 3.60 by recorded delivery. I telephoned late January because I had not received a refund and was told that it was now going through and would be refunded in 2-3 days. 10 days later and still no refund. Where is my money!
