I ordered £156 worth of equipment in early January, never heard anything after nearly 2 weeks so sent an email to the company asking if my order had been dispatched yet?? They took over a week to reply and said that it had! waited a further week with still no package>called interlink express who were the carrier they were using and they told me that they had never received and order from cricket/hockey direct and that I should contact them directly!! Finally got in touch with someone, after the call being engaged for over 4 hours. Spoke to a really dim sounding guy who knew fuck all about anything then told me that it was interlink express that had made the mistake and said he would call them and call me back. Never called back. I then called back 4 hours later to find out that a mistake had been made but my deliver would be sent out THAT NIGHT. I asked for a refund coz I was so sick of how useless a company they were I asked to cancel my order was put on hold again to find out that the order that was going to leave that night had magically already left and that the only way I could get a refund was to send my order back once I received it!!!!
I now have my order although 3 items are missing and one item is not what I ordered!!
I have tried to contact them all day today but no1 is answering the phone!!!
I think I have been done and really doubt that this is a real company. I have since been online and found over ten reviews extremely similar to mine begging people not to use this website!!!
