I recently bought an APC40 off GuitarGuitar but i didn't really make it easy for them.
I set off ordering a Numark controller off the website, which i bought off an impulse, and after realizing that it wasn't for me e-mailed them to cancel my order.

Their replies were quick and after telling them that i wanted to buy the APC40 instead they made it very easy for me to do so.
All it took was a short phone call and a payment of the difference in price
(The APC is more expensive) and I received the it the next day.

Delivery was free, and took about 16 hours after making the phone call to buy my APC, for it to arrive at my house.

All in all, I'd recommend it. Hope your experience with GuitarGuitar is as stress-free as mine :)
