Don't understand bad reviews.

I've been ordering from Approved Food for a bit now and have always had my parcels delivered by DPD. Both times my parcel have arrived it's been the same guy from the Warrington Depot, and he's been so pleasant each time, knocking on the door then heading back to the van to get my parcels. I do feel sorry for the people who've had bad experiences but I've never had a problem. The hour window delivery is perfect, and it's always dead on (10.11am and 11.43am, which is when the window started).
