Possibly the worst online company I have ever used!
Do not use this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across!
I purchased a shower mixer to replace what I thought was a faulty old one and it turned out to be a boiler fault rather than a problem with the mixer. When I tried to return the mixer they refused to entertain the idea even though the box was unopened, because I was outside the 7 day returns period (13 days after dispatch.)
I also had a collegue in the office try and return the mixer, but they refused to speak to them because they were not the person that placed the order.
I have never heard of a trade site that would not accept returns in this way. They are simply not interested in you as a customer once the goods are out the door.
I would NEVER shop here again. Try Screwfix instead if you want decent and understanding customer service!
