I cannot fault the products that I have received nor the delivery time. Communication is instant with online chat and return emails in office hours, so full marks for customer service.
What would have made it even better for me would have been an option in the shopping cart to pay then collect in person, thereby allowing me to add loyalty points to my online account. This is not available with b&m shop purchases.
But hey ! I became an ex smoker as soon as I received my first order.
