It all sounds so simple, order a bathroom
Online and it gets delivered as they advertise, within next day. Truth is, the company takes the order and your money before they even know if they have the stock available to fulfil the order... Then, when there is no stock, they keep in touch promising that the order will be fulfilled in 4 days, when the 4 days is up, give another 4 days, then another date and another date, and another and another. Finally, when I had a house full of tradesmen and no bathroom to fit, I cancelled the order in order that I could purchase elsewhere, only to for told that a refund wouldn't happen for what could be a week due to it needing to be processed and the banks taking time to transfer. When they took my money, it was instant, how convenient!
The customer services at Victoria Plumb seem to have been taught one sentence ' its out of our hands '. The worst customer service I have come across.
I have never dealt with an reputable online company where they take your money before they know if they have the goods to fulfil an order. The customer sales lady said they were a reputable company... If so, catch up with how reputable companies do business.
