quick response

a neighbour signed for my blind but packaging was damaged by carrier and fixings were missing. I emailed company with my problem immediately asking them to phone my mobile next day - and they did! Guy was really helpful and sent them off first class. I have now fitted blind to my bedroom and it looks great!
