Before the fitting the Yale engineer's communication was brilliant - he called to say he was coming, called to confirm the day before then arrived when he said he would. He walked me around our house and discussed all aspects of security in an open and non-pressured way. We decided what the house needed between us and he got on with the work, removing all my old sensors and door contacts to replace them with the new wireless ones.

When he was done he very patiently showed me how to use the system and gave me the chance to practise. He left me his number when he went saying I could call him any time if I got stuck.

Now we have a fantastic top of the range alarm system to secure our home. We tested it one afternoon and it is really loud, plus the way it phones us up to tell us the alarm has sounded is a marvellous feature.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who is really serious about home security.
