Frustrating self assembly.......
Whilst the end product is good the assembly instructions were incomplete and the assembly process itself difficult to achieve due to poor quality bolts and inaccurate alignment. Very frustrating!

I do apologise for the trouble you had assembling your stool. The owners of our company designed these stools with simple assembly in mind, while taking care not to affect quality, comfort or aesthetics. We feel that overall we provide the customer with this balance and we therefore take your comments very seriously.
