I was very disappointed with the final canvas. The corners were really ugly and all the extra print that was folded in was really visable at the sides.
The picture was not square on the frame and some of the front image was going over the side.
The tape at the back was also badly applied and could be seen at the sides.
This was a present for a friend and I wasn't able to give it to her as it was.
I removed the canvas from the frame and re framed it as a proper picture with a mount and it looked so much better. This gave me extra expense- another £17.20.
I tried to contact Orbit several times before I re framed to complain it but the phone just kept ringing.
The only positive was the quick service and the actual print quality was good,

Ansewered my queries and when the item failed to be delivered , they chased it up for me.
They didn't let me down, but their courier company did.
