Not my name in the E ticket! (no problem)

I did get into the show without problems! everything was ok! A great show. If had to use viagogo again I would do it whitout hesitate

I just bought one ticket to see an upcoming deftones show in paris. An Eticket. they send me the link to download it the very next day a I made the purchase. Al good till I read that the name on the E ticket is not my name, So I write to Viagogo asking if in the entrance of the show will they ask me for an Id to prove I'm the person that own this ticket. and they only mailback saying this "viagogo is an online ticket marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets to live events. For some events, event organisers print the tickets with the name of the original purchaser on the ticket. These tickets are genuine and valid for entry to the event" so they do not enssure that in the entrance of the show I will be not ask for and ID. I send another mail saying that maybe they can contact with original owner of the eticket and ask he to change the name on the Eticket and put my name. No answer. I'm very concern because I will travel from south america to paris to see this show and I already have made hotel reservation, fly reservation, you name it... Does anybody have been in this situation? Does anybody have been able to enter to show with and eticket with somebody else name on it?. If turns out that I am able to enter I will post it right here.
