Product arrived after 8 (EIGHT) weeks from order. On opening the table hard three significant scratches on the top. This was not damage in transit, the packaging was perfect.
Complained to MADE who first of all request photographs before starting a returns procedure. They agreed that the item should be returned for refund and arranged for the delivery company to collect.
I was told to e-mail them once the delivery company had removed the item and they would then initiate refund procedures. Pick up arranged for 2nd April, I'm still waiting.
I would much rather pay full UK price a receive a much better customer experience.
Very poor.

Having looked into this, we can see that the collection of this damaged table was arranged and are very sorry if this did not go to plan. Our CS team has sent you an email to chase up with you and re-arrange if need be.
