A good product but a lack of basic instruction on how to use it.

The arm support for tennis elbow sufferers, is well made and a real help. However, there are no instructions on where to wear it on your arm, or how tight it needs to be fitted. The product came with 3 different strengh rubber strips which are supposed to be used to perform exercise's that eradicate the tennis elbow. Once again, there where no instructions on what to do with these strips. The Tens machine is good, although it takes a while to get used to the feelings it generates.
